In this event, you will be notified 14 (fourteen) calendar days prior to start of a regional class or 7 (seven) calendar days before a distance learning class and all payments will be refunded or applied to your account. Registration for a class can be canceled up to 14 calendar days in advance of the class date for either a full refund, or credit towards another class. Cancellations must be delivered in writing by emailing Innovent Solutions. No credit or refund can be given for no-shows, or cancellations less than 14 calendar days prior to a class date. If a registered participant is unable to attend the course, a substitute is welcome to take their place. Please keep these policies in mind before purchasing non-refundable travel arrangements. |
