Solr Training

Solr Under the Hood

Solr Under the Hood is a 2-day, instructor-led, hands-on classroom training course designed and developed by the engineers that helped write the Lucene/Solr code, and is delivered by instructors certified by Lucidworks at your site, or an Innovent site.

The objective of this course is to provide students with the in-depth information necessary to understand Solr internals and show you how to troubleshoot and tune Solr for maximum performance. Through a combination of lectures, hands-on lab exercises and example tutorials students will learn to apply best practices to develop scalable, high availability and high performance search applications. There will be time for questions and discussion to enhance the learning experience.

By the end of this class you will be able to troubleshoot just about any problem that comes your way. You’ll also know how to tune Solr for optimal performance and scaling.
