Innovent provides Actuate support services to clients that require access to experts for report development, deployment and production operations. We do this by providing remote support, using web sessions, and phone and email communications, to assist client staff in addressing and resolving report development and deployment issues, as well as systems support issues using Actuate technology. These support services can be used on-demand through a bucket of hours, or traditional, incident-based support.
These support services are designed for customers who have Actuate systems but no longer maintain an active maintenance contract with Actuate Corporation.
